Hello I know exactly how you feel! My eldest is nearly 13 and she is so stroppy/moody/snappy/etc..etc. She started with the attitude in the last year of primary. And now my 2nd eldest is starting exactly the same as her big sister at the same age! Great!! x Karen

Hello Kim What makes me laugh, is is my girls are this bad now, how worse will they be when they start their periods! My husband says he is going to put a caravan in back garden, and move in there with my 2 sons for a week every month! lol. Im hoping the lads wont be as bad! Ive had everything backchat imaginable of my eldest. Usual ones are; ' you dont love me' ' i hate this house, you and everybody else' Her favourite one is ' its not fair' Kids whod have them! lololol x karen

Reading this thread I cant stop giggleing. Everyones sons/ grandsons are sounding like my baby brother (15yrs old). He's definately worse than I was, he's in the shower every morning, he sprays about a gallon of lynx (even on school uniform), gels hair and combs in the same way everyday - and had protest that he dosen't have a girlfriend. For years he has had lynx for every b'day and christmas, but he begged not to have them this year - he'll be having them next year coz i've already bought it! I have thrown him in the bath fully clothed about 18mths ago as he refuse to have a shower. he jumped out as I switched the shower on so I shut the door and refused to let him out until he was wet. 15mins later I walked off and when he emerged he was wet, hair washed and all - he's not crossed me since. I will pity any girl he takes home as his room stinks! it only gets aired if me or mum stick a peg on our noses and dives in to open the window!

Well if girls are only moody when they have their periods, I have to say boys are moody most of the time. They never say 'it's not fair' though, I cured them of that by saying 'No, if it was I'd have children that did what they were told when they were told'! nell

Hello I gave me mum quite a lot of hassle and backchat, but I was 16 then, I didnt think my girls would be like me so early! Its only when you have kids of your own that you realise what we put our parents through. x karen

Lucia Could never imagine you giving your Mum hassle, or you you like most kids, hell for your parents and polite for any other adult (I was always told that was a good sign of parenting, well I have mastered one art, so been told!)
