Hi all of you, I am having a little play cos I couldn't sleep after o.h. left the alarm going so long before he surfaced that it woke me too much to go back to sleep. It has been snowing last night in Norwich so everywhere is crispy and crunchy - have just put out some bread soaked in fat, and a banana for my birds and melted their water - I have a pair of blackbirds, a robin and another little bird glad of breakfast. I put the food and drink just a few yards from the patio doors so I can watch them while I am on here. I think the other little bird may be a female robin? but she has no red on her, otherwise is is like a sparrow in colouring but has the beak shape and perky tail of a robin. Anyone around who knows what it could be? O.h. managed to break my long handled scraper on the car so when I go out later I hope the snow will have melted a bit or I am going to have cold hands and arms using the bit that is left! Stay warm everyone and have a good day.

Em watching my back today the Pink lynch mob might come for me after last night and i only asked how they were going to go to the loo in the desert i had a real laugh,just couldnt stop ,giggling for ages. sorry girls i've started again.......

Good Morning Em and everyone, When we moved in this house at Christmas, next door had a hedge and quite a few birds used to come and feed there but now they have cut it down I think I will have to find somewhere to hang a fat ball, so that I can watch them again. round the other side of the house we have fat balls, nuts etc and Gaynor can see these from her window. We haven't got any snow and it doesn't look frosty, roll on summer. June xx

Good morning Christine and June... I completely forgot its St Davids Day :(( Mum and Dad live in Wales (just about) and I used to live there too... (literally only just over the border)... the girls had to learn welsh at school... a very hard language to learn! White Rabbits!!!!
