One female name which cropped up several times in my research which I love and find very unusual is Kezia or spelt Keziah. Does anyone know where it comes from or what it might mean? I have a couple in my tree. I would love to see that name return, probably most of todays generation have never heard of it.............I wonder how many of them would love to use it now?? Lin xx

I have two Kezia/Keziahs as well. I think it a very pretty name. I have heard people use the name Kizzy and wonder if this is the modern form of Kezia. I have far too many, Williams, Roberts, Johns,Francis's they all called their children not only after themselves but also after their brothers and sisters. I am having great difficulty in finding which Charlotte married which William. No wonder I have 'The Headache'.
