Ah Bec - thank you! I was originally going to be called Eva but my sister's best friend was a Greek girl called Juliana and she loved the name. After my sister died when my mum was 8 months pregnant with me, she called me Juliana Antonia (my sister's name) Eva Louise. I used to hate the name cos I could never find anything with it on, but now I've got used to it. x

have just read through other peoples and was about to say CHRISTIANA and ISABELLA then saw that jeanette had put the same ones! isabella is my gt gt maternal grandmother and everyone knew her as bella, i always thought she must have been very brave to come to scarborough from gateshead, marry and settle here probably not knowing anyone. my grandfather who would only just know her always spoke of her. christiana is to me a more elaborate way of saying my own name.tina my late mother in law used to always call me christina, but i was christened tina not christina . i also like aaron, another ancestor who i would have liked to have met it make me think of a strong man (no idea why!) harrison is quite a popular christian name in my family and make me think that the family was very close that they had to name so many with this name. tina x
