last night we went back to the one we want, as a final yes/no shall we/shalln't we, and could we justify the money he was asking over and above what we had offered. We got there and he has had a change of heart! We can have it, at the price we offered.... We rang our purchaser , who is delighted that we have found somewhere and 'uppped' their offer to us, to save the wrangling with the other interested party. We have been back to the new one again this morning, and sat in the garden in the spring sunshine...and it feel good. Yes work to do, yes the hassle of packing up and actually moving is a pain but.... amazing what can happen in 24 hours. i shared my anguish, just wanted to share my Joy!! Jess x |
