I don't know which muscle, but she went in for IVF, and a nurse told her she had a really strong muscle. She has taken that to mean it is stopping her from conceiving. she has asked, but the nurse never made a note of it. |

Webster, this person was told she could not conceive because of a muscle, but I have never heard anything like it. Has anyone else. |

If you're on about pelvic floor muscles, there's probably stacks of info on the internet, not to mention leaflets in your local pharmacy. |

It isn't really my problem, but I am concerned for someone else, who has taken what was said to her to heart. I am sure it cannot be right, which is why I just wanted advice. |

Whatever the women's problem is, I bet there's a website devoted to it. If you don't want to mention it here, try googling. I think its fair to say that midwives can only offer advice on pre-conceptual and prenatal care, childbirth and postnatal care including breastfeeding. nell |

You don't need water for cystitus - honestly I've had that - what you need then is a Dr, and a quick prescription. |

As I'm having trouble finding one, all I can say is good luck Lynda. I'm sure you will cope if it comes to the crunch. Good luck. Granny |
