Jenny - you got me worried there with that thread heading!! Congratulations, I am very envious - think I will have to wait a while yet for my son to produce a family - hope I won't be too old and decrepit. Have loads of fun shopping, and take care. Liz

Jenny - I know just how you feel. I wasn't the sort of little girl who dreamed of growing up and having babies but when I married and was pregnant desperately wanted a little firl. What did I get - yes spot on, a boy. As things turned out he was my one and only. Loved him to bits when he arrived and still do, but oh the disappointment at the time. However................ some 32 years later said son become a father to a wonderful wonderful little girl who turned out to be everything I could ever dream of - pretty, petite, platinum blonde hair the lot. I too cried like a baby when she was born and from that day to this I have thanked my lucky stars. I did go on to have a grandson as well who I love equally, but must admit my grand-daughter was what I always dreamed of. Enjoy, just like I did and give Mothercare a bashing. Good luck to you all.
