Oh Bec is a form of harrasment in a way i bet he's scared your going to do the job better than he did,we all make mistakes,you have to to learn,he suspects your better than him so he's trying to demorolise you, dont let the B***** beat you your stronger than him, if he sill carrys on tell us where an when i think us girls can sort out this coward,who picks on a girl. |

Why not leave a 'bullying in the workplace' leaflet strategically placed in the office? ie his desk. |

Hi you could ask if the firm has an ethics course which covers bulyling, invasion of private space etc or ask someones advice, Ring Employment agency? Citizens Advice? Look in Yellow pages. James |

Thanks everyone, am ok now. It's been a long day but our Boss is back tomorrow so hopefully it'll die down. I'm in a situation where if I use my initative then I'm cocky but if I don't I'm not using my head ('pat pat')!
