Wake up?!?!?! Have hardly slept - bed at midnight - saw 2am - 3am - 4am - oops and there's the alarm at 5.45am :O(((

LOL Gwen, I normally sleep in one of t-shirty nighties. Just before christmas at 4am one Saturday morning our shed alarm went of and of course like an idiot I went chasing out into the garden with dog but they had left as soon as the alarm went leaving the shed door swinging in the wind. I thought about my stupid actions after the event and promptly bought myself some pyjamas in case it happens again!!!!

Gloryer Cant sleep in pj's an take to long to put on in emegency, watched a fire eengine from street at 3am one moring strange somethings people wear in bed,an forget their either wearing or NOT wearing anything,but i did make a bit of a giggle, i did have vest an boxer shorts on at the time.so was sorta decent for a change

Hi Anne have good trip to that Foreign place up north don't forget your passport!!!. What I found if I could not get to sleep, is to try to keep my eyes open, I know it sounds silly but if your brain is churning around with excitement, then focusing on something different makes the difference, it is quite difficult to keep your eyes open for long without blinking, next thing you know its morning. James :<))

I'll try that tonight James three hours sleep not good enough and i have a busy day ahead.when you lay awake the 'ole brain plays horrible games with you

james ..i can remember fil doing that when he lived with us ........i use to leave a small night light on for him.........he use to lie and stare at it........then he would just nod off ann xx

oohh.... shhhhh Gwen... lol I felt rough when i woke up, so i took the dogs out first before coming on here.... you know, a little fresh air an all that... well i feel ok now, execpt i am frozen to the core! boy oh boy is it cold here in Nottingham!
