to give a special mention to Tracey as she battled through despite horrendous blisters and worked so so hard..... the others have said that they wouldn't have put themselves through the pain she did!! SO WELL DONE TRACEY!! YOU ARE A STAR!! xx

well, i think all of you are heroes! being forced to do a 20k march, with blisters, in the army, i have a little idea how brave tracey has been, doing it day after day. i think your all wonderful. bryan.

I'm nudging this as Tracey walked above and beyond the call of duty with the most appalling blisters. She was in extreme pain and you can have no idea how much she suffered. Tracey you have my admiration and respect for your determination (and stubborness) and I am so proud to have walked with you. Get those feet up girl. Daisy
