Try raspberry leaf tea - it relaxes the right muscles to let things start moving. I had to be induced and would have preferred not to as I felt I lost any control over the birth, so hope little one gets a move on by itself. Lots of luck, and both of you get some sleep now if poss before you go into hospital later. Believe me it will help to have rested before hand. Liz |

Hope it happens naturally - give everything a try, curries, spicy food, all those aromatherapy oils you are not supposed to smell while pregnant! Unfortunately nothing worked for me and I had to be induced. Would recommend holding out for it to happen naturally for as long as poss!!! Whichever way it happens it's better out than in lol Jack x |
