Pleased to hear that other people also make their own curries! i don't, but OH does - he also makes his own cheese for mater paneer. Jay

Wow Janet, never attempted that. He must be good other half then. I also have taught my other half to cook curries, funny enough we had a madras last night, made by him. Made samosas etc x

Seeing as the OH is away this weekend, I might dig out the curry book and have a bash at making some curries. I can always freeze any extras ready for another time!! Mmmmm, my taste buds are watering now and I won't be eating til about 8 ish lol! xx :-)

Manda. Next time we have a meet in York you will have to try and get there as there is Raffi's in York. You can get all the ingredients from Raffi's to make Delicious curries. Sue

Manda/Catherine - Don't think I could handle a Vindaloo but something hottish with some Naan bread and onion bhajis would go down treat.... Oh well looks like toast again :0( xx

Chicken Tikka Masala from my local is quite hot, or maybe even a madras (bit hotter) And onion bhajis - mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!! But they've got to be shredded and made into balls, not the flat burger style mush that some shops do. x :-)

Well I'm now well and truly annoyed! I had toast planned for dinner and now I'm starving and desperate for something more substantial.... Typical, the one evening I don't have any cash on me and I'm GAGGING for a curry :0(
