Wow Janet, never attempted that. He must be good other half then. I also have taught my other half to cook curries, funny enough we had a madras last night, made by him. Made samosas etc x |

Seeing as the OH is away this weekend, I might dig out the curry book and have a bash at making some curries. I can always freeze any extras ready for another time!! Mmmmm, my taste buds are watering now and I won't be eating til about 8 ish lol! xx :-) |

Manda. Next time we have a meet in York you will have to try and get there as there is Raffi's in York. You can get all the ingredients from Raffi's to make Delicious curries. Sue |

Chicken Tikka Masala from my local is quite hot, or maybe even a madras (bit hotter) And onion bhajis - mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!! But they've got to be shredded and made into balls, not the flat burger style mush that some shops do. x :-) |
