My dad holding me when I was about 17 or 18. He was never a touchy feely person but I had been attacked by my boyfriend and run home. It was the only time I remember him putting his arms around me! Julie xxx

Happy. 1) The birth of my son Harry on Christmas Day 2003. I didn't get a christmas that year. But he was the best present I could ever have had. Sad 2) Wishing I could of had my daughter just a few days earlier, then my mum would have seen her.(she died two days after she was born, was in a coma, never got to see her, although, I went to her bed in the hospital with her, to show her her first grandaughter, then she passed away the next morning) catherine x

I'd have kissed my Dad 'Goodbye' as we left my parent's home that August day 1974. He died suddenly a couple of days later. They had visitors, ....brother in law was driving us in his car and our usual farewell was missed that day as everyone chatted as we left. Gwyn

Just after the war. Manchester opera house; La boheme. A young man and his girl friend sat together. I think theatres wre a little colder in those days. Both knew the story and just before the most well known aria , their hands were deliberately set one inch apart. 'Your tiny hand is frozen , come let me warm it into life' Suffice to say, they both lived happy ever after. Happy days

That's lovely Harry, Saw Swan Lake at Manchester opera house and Frankie Howard in A funny thing happened on the way to the Forum, Hilarious lol! My moment would have to be the night dad died, I was sent out to try and find a phone box to call for an ambulance and mum & my brother stayed with him..........he spoke his last words to them and I never got to say goodbye............regret it so much, but at least I know from mum what he said. A family holiday with my parents and brother. We spent most of the time together. Sadly they've all died but I would love to relive those days.

When my 4th (and last) child was born. It was 5.40pm on a lovely June afternoon and the sun was streaming in the very large window in the delivery room. He was placed in my arms as he was born, he looked at me, looked towards the light, then back at me with wide open blue eyes and held my gaze. I just looked at him and it was as if he was the one I was waiting for, almost as if we had met before! I can't really explain how I felt. I love all 4 of my children equally, but there was something special about this one's birth - it was a truly magical moment and it will stay with me forever. Now he's a strapping 21 year old and still has gorgeous blue eyes! Sue xx

Oh Harry , that is so lovely... and my favourite opera. I think it is the story more than the music, although that is great. Deanna X Can't think at the moment. ;-0)
