Polly Anna: I took a dish to sis for Easter dinner yesterday that was so easy. 2 lb hash browns 1 can cream chicken soup 1 pts sour cream 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or mixed if you like) 1/2 cup chopped onion. 9 x 13 pan spray pan, mix everything together and put in pan. Mix crushed corn flakes and 1/4 cup butter melted pour over top of potatoe mix and bake 350 for 40 mintues. Good thing is you can mix it all together the night before and just add the corn flakes before you bake it. I made two yesterday and there was none left to bring home. Debs

Me I do the good old buffet, give em a plate and let them fill up. Things like smoked salmon and prawns always go down well,if you have an Aldi near you you can get them without breaking the bank.
