and while he's been job hunting I haven't bought any certs or online subs. So glad I already had sub to Ancestry. He says as soon as he's sorted he's going to organise a budget to include money for genealogy research!!! Oh, and the new job means we won't have to move, which I was dreading. nell

Thanks. It's felt like a long hard winter - especially with the grotty weather. I think poor Mel had his confidence sapped by the first interview he went for, but he got really positive vibes from this one - it was over 2 hours (always a good sign) and he said it was very relaxed. Just hope the offer on paper is as good as the one over the phone! Cheers everyone. nell
