If I mow the lawn with an electric lawnmower and it rains, will I be electrocuted? |

You need to buy a circuit braker before you mow the lawn for your own safety wether it rains or not. Circuit breakers can be bought at any DIY shops. Sue |

you shouldn't cut wet grass. I'm not entirely sure why, but I think its a damn fine excuse for putting it off Actually I think its to do with it making the blade blunt more quickly. |

*Sticks tongue out at BC in a very grown up manner* Thank you Sue for a sensible answer, I shall have to see if we've got one of those. At the risk of looking even more silly, what does it look like? |

the reason for not cutting grass when its wet is because the mower tends to pull and rip the grass rather than cutting it very doubtfull if you will get a shock cutting the grass in the rain as 99% of electric lawn mowers are plastic coated probably only thing that will happen is blow the fuse Paul |

Geoegette. Circuit breaker is about 4in in height and has normal 3 pins at the back with a Blue or Red button on the front and underneath that there is a place for plugging in the plug of your lawnmower. Hope you understand this. Sue typing with her left hand |
