I've just checked my membership details and I'm on continuous membership, still paid £9.95 though. I did miss renewing by my expiry date as I was having problems with broadband connection for a while. No idea what my membership number is, can't even remember how long ago I first joined, think this is my 2nd renewal. M |

I am furious I have received a reply from GR saying: Thank you for your email and your contact. I can confirm that only members that have an auto renewal on there details get the upgrade of £7.50. Best Regards Rachel. Well I have sent them one back saying I think there email was cold and do they not have customer care as they never even addressed me by a name or number, I have asked if there is a way of speaking to a support manager, I told them I was shocked by their email and the way they treat people. Do you know if there is way of cancelling my membership as it wasn't up for renewal untill tomorrow. Denise. |

Question - if you are on the auto payment but your credit card has run out so you have to change the details on your account details, would that not change the price? Just a thought. Louise |

Louise I was on continuous membership, and paid £7.50. My debit card is a new different number to the one I had last year. When prompted to renew, there was a space to change my card number etc. I had no problems. Elaine x |
