Today I was glad to be alive, it was warm, it was calm, I worked in the back garden all day with my dogs around me. The pond is now spotless, and the fish are happy. And I put up my two St. George's flags.

Sorry for you Tom, but seems like you're getting a little of what I get a lot of lol. That's the reason for my thread, I never seem to get the sun, always at work, but today, I think they slipped up, and I got some sun lol

You're right there Baz, though I live in Norwich, right in the city, there is a patch of woodland next to my flat, so there is a lovely dawn chorus every morning. My OH doesn't appreciate it much and reckons the song thrush should be served an ASBO the philistine LOL

Essex Baz Report 7 May 2006 22:16

To be honest Nick, I'd love to move away, but I've got a garden surrounded by trees, and at the moment they are full of nesting birds, plus of course, the song. I even put my budgie out in the garden so he can have a chat with the local bird population, lol. I think when I do move, It'll be in the winter lol

Not here it hasn't! We had it Friday and yesterday so mustn't grumble too much! I too love to potter in the garden and then sit down and have the sun on my face listening to the birdsong and watching the squirrels. Marvellous! It's what life's all about! Debby

Essex Baz

Essex Baz Report 7 May 2006 22:21

Teresa, When I do move, it'll be Suffolk or Norfolk. I have family in Kirstead, Norwich, so we may decide on Norfolk

Essex Baz

Essex Baz Report 7 May 2006 22:23
