Shirley~I,m getting the hang of it Report 8 May 2006 15:36

Asolutely NOT. When we are going anywhere that will involve a drink ie any celebration event then we take it turns to be the 'drinker' so that the non drinker drives, When we go for a celebration dinner then we always go locally & get taxis there and back or the grandaughter does the one way trip to collect us if we both had a drink. Very aware the dangers of drinking & driving. wouldnt want to put ANYONE in danger. Shirley

Absolutely not. If you can afford the drink you can afford the taxi. Daisy

No, never. I can't understand people who are willing to take the risk. Think we should have a zero-tolerance policy towards drinking and driving. Janice

No Never I was nearly killed by a drink driver. It was his 5th drink driving offence. He was only banned from driving for five years. Probably still drink driving now. Jane

Was married to someone who regularly did!! I would never dream of it-----stick to lemonade myself. He still does it and I have had to warn my youngest never to get into his car if he ever stops to pick her up at anytime. Sue.
