Some of my favorites: Sound of Music 'Mountains of the Moon' (True Story about Burton and Speke's search for the source of the river Nile) 'Alive' (true story about a plane crash and the survivors having to resort to canabilism).

Never cried at all watching ET and wonder sometimes if theres something wrong with me as I know most people do????? OOOhhhhh Dr Zivargo, that was on the other day did you watch it? I Hadnt seen it for ages but loved watching it again. Cried at Sophies Choice when she had to choose whether to send son or daughter to the gas chamber!!!!!! Horrible, absolutely horrible...just cant imagine!

Hi Suzanne, I have it on video and watch bits of it often - it's so long I don't have time to watch it all through. I forgot another one I love - The Graduate. I used to have that on all the time when I was pregnant and waiting to give birth - for the soundtrack. Gwynne

My favourite all time film was Shirley Valentine with Pauline Collins, I could really identify with her and even though I have watched it six times I still expect Costas to be waiting for her at the end !!!

Films I HAVE watched over and over again are: Emma (with Gwyneth Paltrow & Jeremy Northiam) Sense & Sensibility (Emma Thompson) Four weddings & a funeral Hobson's choice (brilliant all round) Women on the verge of a nervous breakdown and virtually anything by Woody Allen & Alfred Hitchcock.
