Positive thoughts being sent .... my sister in law is just going through second stronger dose of chemo cos her cancer has reinvented itself ,,,, my brothers wife died in my arms from cancer and i lost my lovely hubby three years ago with the evil big C .... love and best wishes to all supporting loved ones through treatments etc xxxxxxxxx |

Echoing everyone else's thoughts, and adding a prayer of thanks for advancements in research and treatments in the years since I lost my mother and grandmother to this evil disease. May much progress continue to be made and cures be found. |

The waiting I think is the hardest part. I went through agonies whilst waiting and the tears flowed freely on being given the ‘All clear’. My wife, Rita, said that on receiving her worst news was that it was a ‘relief’ and the not knowing was agony. Ten days later she passed on.. A Blessing? I feel it was. speaking to a close friend at the weekend they have a cervical cancer. my thoughts are with her she was/is always so full of life Been to a funeral 3 years out of 4 all cancer dont think I can take another friend/relie taken before their time. sorry pink Malc |
