I also give my repects to all those that lost their lives & to all who came home but suffered. I was lucky enough to be in France for the big remembrance 2 years ago. Very touching. May they all rest in peace. Hilary. |

Yes, thinking of all those very brave people.... also, my Gt. Grandfather Charles Wright, who died this day 1944, aged 76, a Quarter Master Sergeant in India, and proud owner of his Meritorious Medal. God bless them All. Chris |

My Grandparents sent 5 sons to war - they all came back. Not all families were that fortunate. My grateful thanks to all those who served and gave their lives for us. |

We will remember them My first husband had two brother's--twins who were both killed during WW2 one was on the 'Hood' one was 18 and the other 19----what a younge age. |
