Dee With you on that one, hubbie skies every year, me I stay at home, have no wish to do GONDOLAS, SKI LIFTS and any other contraption that is fixed to a wire and takes you thousands of feet up in the air with nothing but fresh air under you! Surely there must be far more enjoyable things to do, like keeping your feet on terra firma. Anyways have afab time and we can catch up when you return lol Evie

I did the Vancouver & Rockies tour a few years back..........it was the most wonderful holiday imaginable. No matter what the weather does, you'll have a fantastic time. Enjoy every second.........and tell us about it when you get back. Reg

Hi Dee I'm ok with the flying but have a dreadful fear of heights, I didnt realise that the train up the rockies is called the 40 miles of hell with 20 odd bridges and 20 odd tunnels, will have to get the valium and stay in the brace position! Both my parents take those tablets from the docs as they too have issues with flying but have had to do some trips to South Africa over the last couple of years...they swear by them lol Evie

No Evie, I've never been to Calgary before (though did go to Ontario many years ago)! Have developed a fear of flying since then, so this is a big step for me...9 hour flight as you know! (have got pills from the doctor for the journey)...! Have a wonderful time!! Dee x
