We've been printing other peoples trees for 7 years and we get to see a lot of familiar names on those trees, Kings & Queens, Oliver Cromwell, every historic name you can think off has appeared in one tree or another. But NEVER have we had a tree that contains, wait for it. Adam & Eve. Yes somebody has traced their tree back and is a direct descendant of them. I did check and they don't appear to be a menber of GR :0))))) Ron www.genealogyprinters*com

Yes Glenys, but your Adam & Eve didn't have a parent named 'God the Father' God is recorded as having an unamed wife. Ron www.genealogyprinters*com

Now then Elaine, like I said we see these famous historical names everyday, if the customer says that they're their ancestors we don't say a word, who are we to argue but this one takes the prize but it will get printed. I just hope I don't have to talk to the customer on the phone, I don't think I'll be able to resist laughing. Ron www.genealogyprinters*com

You can buy the disc with that tree on it from Ebay - a great fivers worth for such a good laugh - but cannot be taken seriously - REALLY!

Ron

Ron Report 18 Jun 2006 18:42

It's not how far it goes back that makes me laugh, we've done trees going back 45 generations to BC dates, we don't question the data, like I said if they say it's theirs, it's theirs. The oldest proven and documented tree that I know of is 25 generations belonging to a friend in Kent, I ceased to be amazed at some of the trees we get within a year of starting the business. It's just the first tree with God in it. o:))) I dare say some religeous people may pop up and say that we are all related to God and I don't want to go there or start a discussion on that thank you but this bloke actually believes he's traced it. LOL Ron www.genealogyprinters*com
