Just had phone call from my grandson who is 14 he got his results for maths sats or wotever it is called lol .... WHEY HEY HE GOT A LEVEL 7 ... he is so chuffed .... he not has academic as his older sister but just shows he got it ... that is fifty quid i owe him .... his mum and i ad said for each level six would give him 40 ... never expected the level 7 omg she is going to be so happy when she gets home he is my late son's son .... he will be looking down with pride today am so happy for him :o)))) Not got results for other subjects yet xx

When I read your posting Patricia, I remembered that BT advert with Maureen Lipman - the one where the grandson failed all his exams, but one - sociology I think - and she says 'an ology', you got an 'ology' and you say you've failed......if you've got an 'ology' it means your a Scientist.........and that made him feel better. I remember the look on her face, and thought yes, you must be feeling just like that, really proud - I don't know what level 7 is, the exams have changed since my 3 left school....but it sounds good. I bet he feels really good about himself, especially as he has told you and your really positive response.......lovely....x
