Shirleys , blossoms and Roxannes sound my sort of tea. Dont eat beef. know it sounds Soooooooo soppy but i love cows, especially the little Jerseys With long eyelashes...... soz i digress LOL cazxxxx

Beef salad with jacket potato, followed by fresh fruit salad. Very nice I have to say coz it was all got for me :-) OH did the main course, and number 2 daughter made fruit salad before she went to work. (Thinks - what's she after? lol) PP xx

Right, I cooked chicken with a nandos periperi tagine sauce... with added veg... and couscous... BUT it was blinkin hot, I ate some of mine but it was too much for Shaz (wimp) and so we're going to the chippie in a few mins lol

Pork medalions (or mini loin steaks to you & me! LOL) with mashed tatties, carrots and turnip....then a spoon of nutella....killed a sugar craving and the need for a pudding......I'm so efficient!!! RDA.x.

Be careful if it is one of thoise tradiotional iron mincers with the handle. A couple of years ago I was mincing some raw chicken and accidentally minced my finger. I still have the scar, it was horrible... Liz
