There are many places I would like to go back to BUT I think my main one would be to find out why my French great grandad bought someone else ID, used it during the war but then went onto register his family in his French name!!! That side of the family is a real mystery to me. Julie xx |

I have 2 close ancestors who were pub landlords. I would love to visit their pubs when they were both working in them. The pubs are both still standing now, but I would love to have seen them as they were then. |

Hope your mum isn't too upset over it, Joy.. It's a horrible feeling to know someone was in your home and worse still when you're there at the time.. Happened to us in 1998 and we never felt the same about the house after that - sold it last year |

I'd go to a pub down the road from me, which isn't a pub anymore, but it was opened up by my 4 x great Grandfather, and i'd love to see what he looked like. Bet he was a rummin! |

Although I would love to go back and meet some of my ancestors, especially My Gt Grandfather on my Dad's side to ask what happened to his dad, did he come back to England or did he stay in France and die there because I can't 'find' him! I would really like to go back to the time when I first held my baby daughter, our first born, there is nothing like that feeling when the firstborn is put into your arms. Unless it is the time you first hold your first baby grandchild. Ann Glos |
