Sorry it's so mundane but I have terrible peeling nails, it is really annoying me now ! Anyone recommend a product that actually works ? :0)) Joan

Hiya Dizzy !!! I did try one of the Sally Hansen ones, but it didn't work, maybe the wrong one, as there are several...if you know which one it was I'd be grateful. Thought about eating jelly but it would have to be sugar free, lol ! :0)) Joan xxxxxxxxxxx

Like Linda, I use OPI Nail Envy - certainly has helped stop my nails peeling. That reminds me - off to put on another coat (of nail envy!)

I'd be interested to know what to get as well, my nails split dreadfully . Viv

Hello Joan, I too have peeling soft nails and always wear varnish to protect them.......I did use Marvala nail strengthener from Boots, and that was good......also Sally Hansons... ..but recently I have bought Rimmel 3 in 1 base coat and nail strengthener, it is a lilac liquid, and at the moment I am using only this, with success.......give it a try.....it is inexpensive so you haven't lost anything, also can be used as a top coat to varnish..

Joan, that is spooky, as I sit here putting Sally Hanson on my nails ready for tomorrows meet------------------- I couldn't grow any nails whilst I was working with the linen but I've decided to try & keep them now. I've had this bottle in my drawer for ages & not really used it till this week. So far, So good. Vivienne xx

Oooh, Susan, Thankyou for that tip - my nails are as hard as iron, and bend before they break. I have an awful job to cut them and as they grow very fast, I need to cut my toenails twice a week at least. Off to soak my nails in vinegar! OC

Hi Joan This may be out of left field but, i was having a problem and was told that mine needed feeding(i can hear you laughing) So i bought Astor Nail cream, and it is working, but not sure if you can buy Astor over there, but you do need something that will put back moisture back. Hope this is of some help Ann :-)
