Hi Mog Like you i have no idea whos who, but hey don't let that stop you from posting. I've been on the gen board since Feb. And still feel like the donkeys tail ! Always behind. I sometimes just sit back and read the threads, without adding to them. I have put up some myself, nothing heavy i only do fun :-)) Ann

Hi Mog I'm another Sandgrounder...just up the road in Formby. Most peeps on here are lovely. I dont post much but am an avid reader. It seems to me that recently (last couple of months) that there are people just out to cause trouble. I had a personal problem recently and had loads of advice both on the boards and by pm about my 12 yr old daugher who was self harming. Helped me get through it..no help from OH.!!.. Could not have done it on my own. Some peeps can not resist having a pop at others and seem to have a hidden(?) agenda. Please dont think eberyone is like that. Libby xx p.s. Oh Mog don't be scared off by the politics, most on the general board are nice peeps, just ignore the contentious threads and go to the ones that are for a laugh. My dad always said there are three topics you should avoid with peeps you don't know well, Religion, Politics and oh yea sex but I've always ignored his advise on that last topic. lol

Hi Mog :-) Em's offering some sensible advice there. Trust your instincts and try to avoid any thread that seems like it's going to cause trouble. As Em has already said Hevs corners and The Welcome Inn are both friendly threads where you'll be made to feel welcome. You're not too far from me. I live in St Helens :-) Juliexx
