Bacardi, I thought that when I first read the article. I think they call it forward planning,like the Queen's future funeral.I doubt if she'll get one if Tony has his say. |

Reigning monarchs have state funerals not ex prime ministers. The only reason Churchill had one was to honour his life as a great war leader. I don't see any reason why Margaret Thatcher should have a state funeral. She may be allowed a 'ceremonial' funeral though which isn't much different anyway. Debby |

I thought that she had died too,when I read it,we must have been reading the same thing. But then on second thoughts realised that she hadnt,or else it would have been on the news 28 hours a day. |
