Peter pmsl I'd have to say that more men suffer from idleitis then women when it comes to housework lolol In households where both men and women work it's still the women who do the majority of the housework. At least in the one's I know. *reports self to abuse*

This is a common misconception, which is promoted by the females of this race. There is no way that housework is hazardous, in fact the opposite applies. There is nothing better than the warm feeling a woman gets after spending eight hours scrubbing, polishing and mopping floors, not to mention the calories that have been burned off in the process. It seems that the current aversion to houswork on the part of females is caused by a medical condition caled Idleitis. This appears to becoming increasingly common, particuarly as more and more women spend their time sitting at the computer, exchanging idle gossip on sites like this. Idleitis has no known cure but a sharp K.I.T.A. or sudden withdrawal of allowance, particularly that spent on ordering Certs, usually brings about a marked improvement.

I have no idea Bev. The NHS is a mystery to me lol Shame about this though because the treatment I received yesterday was wonderful, no complaints about it at all. Yes, I did have to wait for the registrar to come round and get to me but that wasn't his fault. Not only did he have patients on another ward but there were quite a few on the ward I was on too then there were patients relatives wanting to talk to him and junior doctors asking for his advice on other cases.

Julie, how do they expect you to get better if they don't issue you your medication. Bev

Thank you Bev :-) No still waiting lol Apparently the pharmacy do the whole hospital then send them out. If it gets much later it's going to be tomorrow before I can pick thme up.

Ouch :-((( I don't know much about Fibromyalgia but I have heard that it's very painful. I have a chest infection that will be cured when the hospital finally gets round to doing my prescription but that's nothing compared to what you have.

Julie I suffer form Fibromyalgia, and it is so bad in my right arm & shoulder that if I turn onto that side in my sleep I wake up in agony, basicly my right arm is worse than usless at times. Bev

I have got it in writing that I have got to learn to do less, so now I have a reason not to do H**** W***, I like my specialist. Bev ps no joke I had a letter come through that states I have to learn not to do so much.
