Congratulations Hayley, well done! Today's the first day of my diet, honest! Need to lose two and a half pounds a week for the next 16 weeks to get back to the weight I was 4 years ago! Perhaps you'll be my inspiration, lol Cherryxx

It's truth time now! For breakfast I normally only have a cup of tea and pick at whatever might have been left over from the previous night's dinner Lunchtime something like a smallish homemade ciabatta baguette with onion, tomatoe cheese and ham. Dinner perhaps chicken breast with various salads but I do slosh on the mayonnaise and the salad dressing. I'm a grazer and can't cook without having more than I should to test the flavour Yes I do drink alcohol. Downfall is crisps and dips not interested in chocolatey things or take aways. Gosh, looking at what I've written I sound like a prime candidate for Foodaholics Anonymous. Cherryxx

Cherry isnt that bad, but more to the point you know what your sins are .............stop with the mayo....try sald cream light, chrisps a def no no....but why you are craving them is you need more carbs..try a small jacket with your chicken, also try eating early with your MIL ..a 6pm...more time for your food to digest.
