Yes, it is bound to throw you out and probably by 9pm you are knackered hey! Well just went for a walk as trying to get fit and had to come home, my feet were sore and it is stifling out there so decided to remain unfit until later! Been watching the cricket instead - GO YOU AUSSIES!!!! lol!!! |

awwww thanks sal,don't know what it is,i'm feeling so tired just lately...i cried last night my body ached so much,keep taking pain killers like smarties...but it's the only thing that seems to help me...and yes i know this is not good,so you can shout at me if you like,it's also making me feel very depressed. gwyn xxx |
