not a lot. Not one of my children have got me anything for tomorrow and hubby hasnt bothered to get them anything to give me. And they wonder why I am so upset, didnt want a lot a bar of chocolate would of at least meant they thought of me. and then get told I am so materialistic.UPDATE hubby now says to get one from each of children will have to give his one to eldest to give me. At least he got me them from others shame it took me to be in tears to find out

Thanks you two. You would think a 14 year old who gets money each week to do what she likes with could bother even mentioned it yesterday and she hasnt bothered today apparently its too boring going down town

Dawn love you sound as cheesed off about Christmas as me, you must feel very hurt, kids need their dad to get stuff. The dad of my eldest kids and their grandparents on that side have ignored all of them, so sad, Caz xxxxx

Aaaawww Dawnie. Husbands can be very selfish at times. I don't think they mean it but they forget that we like a little pampering sometimes. Can't you forget him this Christmas too. Just put what you have got him to one side and see what happens. Jean x.

Jean hes already had it he told me a few weeks ago that we would go down after christmas and get each other something then but I have still got him bits as well and presents from the children. And guess who is the only one who doesnt have a pressie on the tree for after tea??? Could be worse at least they are here with me

Dawn i can sympathise i buy my own pressies from the children have done ever since i have had the children. He has bought me one but that was because my dad was with him!!! Any way try and have a good Christmas Star

Well I'm going to say it even though it is the season of goodwill. Some of these men do not deserve lovely, unselfish women like some of you on this thread. If they were mine I would never buy them another present again. So there Jean x.
