Inanity surely is in the eye of the beholder - what one man (or woman) sees as inane may make another smile - just as one may look at another thread and think 'not that boring old tosh again!' - we have a choice as to whether to read and respond to a thread or not - for goodness sake use that choice. Hi Puss, I've no idea what's been going on as never read the thread so this is not aimed at any individuals or posts that may have been made. However my view on posts is that people who want more 'intellectually challenging' posts have every right to post more threads of their own that interest them rather than comment on the content of supposedy inane threads. In the same way, people who want to post these supposedly inane threads should also respect the right of people that want to post more 'intellectual' threads (which I think people do on the whole but maybe not all the time) Anyway I've sent you a pm.
