I wouldn't say it was.. This word is used in everyday language.. It is a word often used by my 14 year old son...

the oxford english dictionary says it's ' vulgar slang ' but it don't offend me. bryan.

I agree with Bryan - I wouldn't use it myself as I am a lady ;-) lol However, as Bryan says it doesn't offend me.

You asked if it was bad language and I answered.............. Whether it bothers me or not depends on the context. When I'm with mates in privacy then it doesn't but in front of strangers I'd say it's a 'no no'. Some are easily offended. Gwynne

Blimey, I never thought it was a swear word! We use it as slang, for rubbish, which is very apt at times. We'll probably still use it sometimes. :-)
