I was regressed, many years ago, by a professional hypno-therapist. I was very sceptical beforehand but most impressed after. It was a week-end event with three of us, all unknown to one another, being regressed. Whilst one was under hypnosis, the other two witnessed and took notes. The proceedings were also tape-recorded. I had it done a few years back, it was at the local adult learning centre, one of the weekend classes, but it was a trained hypnotherapist who did it.. There were about 10 of us and those who wanted to were regressed. I didn't think it would work, but it was very weird and I went back to three different lives. It was all tape recorded and we were given the tape afterwards. I carried it around in my handbag for a couple or so years, but one day I decided I really couldn't face playing it back, so I destroyed it. I can remember most of the three lives I described, so I'm not sure if I was really regressed. At the time, I certainly didn't feel as if I was in a classroom with other people around me. Liz

Interesting, it is something that has to be done with care I think by really professional people or 'trainees' with good supervision and is usually expensive, but I would love to know. Were you comfortable with what you had on your tape to begin with?
