Hi, I have just got back from hospital where my Dad was rushed there by ambulance. He had a heart turn, and is now under sedation in ICU. The next 72 hours are going to be critical as to how well he pulls through this. I asking if you could send all positive thoughts and prayers, as I know how much the power of positive thinking can help in a time like this. Thanks Sue |

Thanks everyone for your positive thoughts and prayers. I went to bed but keep seeing him laying there with all the tubes etc, so I got back up, and made a coffee, Im hoping Mum is getting a couple of hours sleep. |

I just rang hospital to see how Dad went during the night. they have taken him off the sedation, he is responding to sound by eyes flickering but not obeying comands as yet, but I think the signs are good. His blood pressure has dropped a little so they keeping check on it. David ended up staying home from work as I think he also had a bad night. I did go back to bed and had a bit of a sleep, I dont know if I was dreaming or what but woke up once with my heart rate racing, but it settled down, thank god. Mum has also rang hospital twice so I guess she didnt have a great night neither, Im going to go into the hospital early this morning. Once again thankyou all for your thoughts and prayers, hopefully I will have some good news when I come home. |

prayers and thoughts are with you and yours, think positive my dad had a heart attack 3 wks ago and is doing well now, just to add I am in nursing, he is in the best place, they will look after him hugs ann xx |
