Yes Im fine thanks was just a bit painful at the time but it slipped back as easy as it slipped out. Thank you for caring told hubby he was great as he has had to massage it before when it has happened but he said I should have shouted him bless him he really looks after me Sorry not in my shoulder before in my wrist a couple of times Linda xx

if it goes back easy dont worry but you must get it checked for your own peice of mind... Take some painkillers and I do hope your not to shocked....have a cuppa I,ll make it Oh I feel so useless

Yes Linda I have heard of this happening to people but if it keeps doing it you must get help as often putting it back can be dangerous to you as nerves and blood vessels can get damaged

So sorry Didnt see the thread had visitors since about 4 pm and then son came and took me to do a bit of shopping. But just had a nasty experience hope someone can help just gone into shower and took my top off a little different as I had had my hair done, and my shoulder slipped out of its socket anyone else experienced this please let me know was quite frightening and it hurt gently moved my arm till it slipped back in Please let me know Linda xx

got mum and dad into it dad really wants to find where his grandparents are buried so is helping all he can. Mum has a black sheep of the family as her gt grandfather so makes it even better. Hubby not bothered even though I have done all the work until it comes to ld photos his mums cousin sends us and then he gives little snippets away and I think why didnt you tell me that earlier
