Hi Hayley, I've been using the Johnson's but that is the one that's made me look like I've been tangoed :) I've just been told that The Body Shop do a good one though Might be worth a try methinks

Tried Johnsons that was terrible, Dove is good but the best i've ever used is St Tropez, expensive but worth it! The secret is to exfoliate and moisturise before applying Susie x

Thanks for that Susie, how much is the St Tropez one? I was tempted by the new L'Oreal mist spray until I saw how much it was, lol. But, I suppose you do get what you pay for though. Hiya Rose, ~~~~~~~~~~~and xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Lil Fairy, who makes FakeBake?

The best one I have used is St Tropez bronze mousse it retails about £25 in boots but you can buy it cheaper on e-bay. It's fantasic instant you don't wait hours for it to develop, and you can see where it goes and it lasts ages. catherine xx

kate i cant remember who makes it, its £20 and you should be able to buy it any where, you apply it like the st tropez, looks really dark when you put it on but have a shower the next day and al the excess will wash off without being streaky, its not that much cheaper tho just £5 cheaper...also like st tropez it lasts for ages

Susie k Report 11 May 2007 20:55

The 1st bottle I bought was from Boots and like I say I paid £25. It lasted me all throught out the summer and beyond. When it ran out. I thought oh e-bay I bought my last one for £16.99 not a huge saving but I got latex gloves and a pre-ex foliator cream with it as a bonus. And that's the largest bottle too. excellent product would reccomend it. If you don't use gloves though your hands can stain, but the gloves are brill and you can get them from boots cheap if you poke your nail throught them like I did last week,- another good tip ladies is you know those cosmetic sponges you can buy, I add a bit to that and do my face and feet. catherine xx
