Very warm and sunny here but nothing like down south.

I did enjoy a bit of a lie in Belle but not for too long as I had to go to see the nurse for my medication review and to get blood pressure checked too. I'm sure the nurse got the blood pressure wrong as it was pretty much normal and mine is never that low :-S Hope your blood pressure isn't too high Belle.

Rather warm !!

Lovely lunch with friends, at a cafe right on the coast.
We sat inside in the shade, although the many outside seats were very popular today.

My blood pressure is invariably high, when I go to have it checked, so now I have bought my own small machine and from time to time take my own readings and take them to the appointment.

Hope your readings were OK Belle.
What with the dust, the scaffolding, the noise and the parking situation, they are quite likely to be raised :-0 :-|
