I'm not bothered as I'm not going out today. Been up most of the night with an awful cough that is going around up here. Had to cancel my Covid booster but will have it next week all being well.

Going to spend the day reading and keeping warm.

A day mostly indoors for me today.
Just waiting for the spray cleaner to do it's stuff on the limescale on the bathroom taps.

Daughter hates the smell, so I usually time it for when she is not working from home.
Better get rinsing, before she returns....

Horticultural requirements for the floral troughs are safely home :-D :-D

As I spent over a required amount, I was presented with a posh bag for life to carry home the goods. Good quality, but free advertising. :-D :-D

Thinking about free advertising, I remember my mum telling me to stand outside a shop, if we had already purchased items in one shop and then needed something in a similar shop.
She didn't like showing a bag advertising a rival store.
She usually carried her own shopping bag from home, but sometimes we had a paper carrier-bag with the shop's logo on it. :-)

Thanks for the good wishes. I'm not too bad really during the day. The coughing is worst during the night and first thing in the morning, but I'm giving myself permission to milk the situation so I don't have to cook tonight but get a takeaway instead ;-)

Another close encounter with the fox this morning. :-0 :-0

Apparently we disturbed it whilst it was sunbathing on our raspberries :-0 :-0

I didn’t see as I was inspecting one of the flower beds it but OH watched it come up

the garden, look at me deciding that it could no longer escape along the path so it

crossed the lawn and made a rapid exit via our side gate :-| :-|

Good job I didn’t stumble across it. I obviously need a fox alert before venturing out. ;-) ;-)
