They started charging us must be 6-7 years back .....very few took them up which meant the local dump was heaving with people so much so that the queue of cars stretched back to a major roundabout which caused havoc :-0 :-0 Others just fly tipped their garden waste :-| I paid think I was one of about half a dozen in our street :-0 :-0 |

Well we have to pay for all their wage increases expenses and jollies to all the pub and eatery meetings throughout the year….they are all on the take just like Westminster |
