Glorious sunshine here, and a bit too warm for the coat I had on this morning. :-0

I venture along to Regents Street for a change, where all the shops open at 10am.

Silly me, this is just a guide. All the doors (most at least) were still closed at the appointed hour, and the people inside waving furiously it would not be until about 10.30ish. Yeh, right I am going to spend half an hour waiting outside.

We popped down to our local retail park yesterday….not a one in Tesco or M&S…never seen that before….just doing Tesco order and yes you guessed ..still no yellow things :-0 :-0 :-0

Funnily enough we were talking about the drought of bananas in the Park this morning, some had tried several supermarkets but there were none to be found anywhere:-S :-S

I'd ordered two bananas on Tuesday for my Click on Wednesday and they were substituted with five organic bananas which were £1.50 :-0. But they only charged me 32p ...I wonder if they will taste any different :-D

Several Tesco shops across the UK have been hit with a banana shortage, with one store blaming shipment delays caused by bad weather.

Customers faced empty shelves in shops across Maidstone, London, Bournemouth and the Isle of Sheppey, according to Sky News and customer social media posts.

At a supermarket in Osterley, west London, a sign read: "We are sorry that bananas are out of stock due to bad weather conditions. We are working hard with our suppliers to refill our shelves." :-0 :-0
