Latest news we've got


Two deaths from coronavirus and 627 new cases of the disease were announced on Saturday.

The health ministry said the deaths were of an 82-year-old man and a 92-year-old woman. Both had underlying health conditions but died of coronavirus.

A further 56 people have died after contracting coronavirus in Wales.
It means 3,620 people in Wales have now died with Covid-19 since the start of the pandemic, according to the latest figures from Public Health Wales (PHW).
The national public health agency in Wales also reported a further 4,011 new cases of the virus, bringing the total number of positive cases to 155,311.
Each of Wales' seven health boards reported at least one death, with 21 reported by Cwm Taf Morgannwg
Cardiff and Vale reported 10 deaths, nine were reported by Hywel Dda, eight by Aneurin Bevan and six by Swansea Bay.
Betsi Cadwaladr and Powys each reported one death each.

My mum contracted C'Diff in hospital. She was in and out of hospital for the last year of her life. She was mostly in isolation, I remember the nurse threw a strop one time telling us we didn't need to wear gloves or aprons. I was violently ill after one of the visits. Mum was not well but she was considerably weakened by the bug.

I discovered our Testing Centre by accident when I went to drop off some flowers to my youngest sis-in-law who lost her Mum recently. It's a bit remote if you haven't got transport

The teams move around their areas here so tomorrow will be the same number of test centres but in different places

My son got his son tested very quickly and he said it was very well organised

Then they all got home kits and got tested again.
All negative touch wood. <3

Jem...don’t be sidelined by the numbers, all deaths are recorded for people who have had a positive test within 28 days.

I believe the true numbers dying OF covid as opposed to WITH Covid are much much lower...but that is just my opinion...the truth will out eventually
