I'm thinking back to my Christmas in Famagusta in 1972.

Happy times.

A strange time here with nearby family not allowed in our home, but we still have much to be thankful for and daughter and I here will make the best of it.

Special thoughts for those spending the day alone or far away from loved ones.

Not a soul in the streets here. Cold and grey. We went out for a walk a couple of nights ago, and we are the only ones to have a Christmas tree in our street, that we could see. We put ours up early to cheer ourselves up! :-D

All the veggies done, so now what? :-S

How different to the days when the kids came in at 5am jumping on the bed to wake us up, all excited. Happy Days. <3
