A car can be used for shopping, the advise is limit yourself to a once weekly shop if at all possible,,that would be a norm for most people...…….. you can go out, daily walk ,,limit yourself up to an hour and keep the distances....dont gather for a chat.

No outings car rides is a good i,because if you have an accident and took to hospital,or need an air ambulance,,,,that time could be in service transporting a C19victim....

some people use that time to daily shop local a little walk there and back.,observe the 2 meters.---

what they ask is that you---don't have visitors or visit others and of course those that have health issues keep inddors or the garden with a home left on door step delivery from a supermarket or family,,,friends…so all in all, with very little open there is nowhere to go anyway,

its planned for garden centers to open next week?,,,,,,,,,imagine! the stampede,,,I'd rather stay home anyway and chat with next door 2 mtrs from the fence.
