	Thank you all - can't wait to get back - been nearly six months now. I'd love to go to Victors funeral but Northampton is a bit far.

	Happy New Year Ann So you are nearly ready to start your next chapter in life with your 'new' home. I hope it is all you want it to be, and more. My sympathy on the loss of your friend Victor.
