Barb...it's natural to have good and bad days...you just have to try and ride the bad ones out.

I don't know whether I should compare losing your OH with losing your parents...but just from personal experience....there were things most days that would bring me to tears, a memory, a song on the radio etc. what I can say is that as the time goes on I am able to smile more rather than burst into tears when things come to mind.
