	Hubby asked me yesterday what i want for Xmas. I never know as nothing ever springs to mind , am a simple (NOT in mind lol) girl who isnt that into jewelry etc. Have loads of good earrings with diamonds and other stones that he has bought me but seem to stick with the same old ones. Did think though I miss not being able to wear my engagement ring cos my fingers have got too big and they swell in summer too. Have had to buy a new wedding band too cos my 56 years old one is too tight to get on. i did suggest maybe a new dress ring that I can wear with my wedding ring so my badge of offices !! look good. Today he has gone out and bought me a new solitaire diamond ring in a gold band . Cost him loads and I am overwhelmed . he told me you are my girl and I want buy you something to tell you how much you mean to me . This is a guy who doesn't wear his heart on his sleeve and is having health problems now with dementia Feel like crying cos its affected me so much

	Researching: Matthew and Jane Elwood who had my great great grandfather Francis Edward Elwood baptised in 1807 at Horsham Sussex. There is no sign of Matthew or Jane from this date and my great great grandfather was brought up as Francis Edward Elwood MITCHELL

	No its will be wrapped up and put on the Xmas tree. We are going to our daughter Xmas Eve and then we all go over to our grandson and his family for Xmas day. We will be then at daughters for Boxing Day when grandson and his wife and daughter & his girls from his previous relationships!! will come to spend the day with Nanny & step grandad and BIG Nanny & grandad as we are known.

	I know!! he is a great guy . one of the quiet ones who gives his all when he feels comfortable. He was bullied at school. When he told me me yonks ago I was appalled and hurt for him . It did dent his self confidence so he still ventures only when & where he feels comfortable. He sometimes comes across as awkward to others but its his way of finding his way
